1. New Customers (Click here for new customer account form)
A BT Customer account form has to be completed at least 10 working days before attending the course. If the form has not been completed, BT will request payment by Credit Card, Cash or Cheque prior to the start date of the course.
2. Booking Process
All bookings for training events will be recorded on a Training Booking System. All details including the agreed price will be electronically sent to the booker on a booking form. It is the Customers responsibility to check the booking form for accuracy. A purchase order number should be entered, invoicing address checked, signed and faxed back to BT. This booking form is confirmation of the order and also holds the order to the cancellation terms and conditions highlighted on the document. All provisional course bookings must be confirmed within 10 working days of the start date.
3. Purchase Order Numbers
BT recognise the benefits in providing purchase order numbers on all invoices. We would request that purchase order numbers are supplied on course booking forms at the time of confirmation. In cases where purchase order numbers are not supplied, BT will include the bookers name as an equivalent PO number.
4. Cancellation Terms and Conditions
Cancellations made within 10 working days of the course start date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 5 working days are subject to 100% cancellation fee. All cancellations must be notified to BT in writing, a telephone message is not sufficient as a notice to cancel. Delegate substitutions are of course welcome provided that stated course pre-requisites are met.
Bookings for delegates who do not show for the training event will be considered as a cancellation and will be invoiced in full.
5. Booking Transfers
Transfer of bookings to future events will only be processed when outside the cancellation time period of 10 working days and are subject to all cancellation terms and conditions.
BT reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course and will advise the customer as soon as this change is known. BT will usually endeavor to avoid changes of this nature as much as possible. When this is unavoidable BT will refund in full all monies paid by the customer, or at the customer's option apply all monies to a rescheduled or alternative course.
7.Warranty and Liability
The customer accepts that it is their responsibility to verify that the courses are suitable for the requirements of the delegate attending a particular course and that the delegate has the necessary level of competence to be able to achieve the objectives of the course.
8. Skills Cards, Pre Payments and Passports
All forms of pre payments are given an expiry date. The expiry date for Pre Payments and Skills Cards is one full year from time of confirmation. The expiry date for Passports is 18 months from time of confirmation. Customers will be notified of outstanding balances 3 months before the expiry date is reached.
